Level Up Your Practice Today By Implementing Our Advanced Treatment Planning Framework
One of the biggest hurdles to taking on complex cases is the initial confusion and uncertainty. Where do you even start?
It’s a situation all too familiar to many dentists…
A patient walks in with an array of dental problems. From multiple missing teeth to misalignments, occlusion issues to gum disease… It’s not just one problem you’re looking at, but an interconnected web of challenges.
Suddenly, you’re faced with that daunting question: Where do you begin?
The answer is not easy. There are many things to consider. The patient’s health, how their teeth will look, and even how they might feel if things don’t go well.
You have to think about all the different treatment options, how much they might cost, and how to arrange all the necessary appointments.
All of these choices can make you feel a little lost and maybe even a bit worried.
Each patient is different and each problem is unique. So, with every new patient who has many dental problems, it feels like you’re starting all over again.
You might start asking yourself: Have I thought of all the possible treatments? What are the risks? Is this the best plan for my patient?
It’s okay to feel confused and unsure. It’s something that happens to a lot of dentists.
But with the right training and a good plan, you can feel confident in knowing where to start.
Complex dental problems are like puzzles.
You need to understand how different parts of the mouth can affect each other and what could go wrong if things aren’t done correctly.
You need to know about different types of treatments, how they work, and what could happen if they are used together.
Also, solving complicated dental problems takes careful planning…
You might need to take several steps, in the right order, over a long period of time…
Your plan also needs to think about the patient’s health, what they want their teeth to look like, how much they can pay, and other personal things.
If you make a mistake in the plan, it could cause more problems for the patient.
Dental school teaches you the basic skills to be a dentist, like understanding the parts of the mouth, filling cavities, and making dentures…
But when it comes to dealing with complex dental problems, you need more than just the basics.
That’s why we created an in-depth 3-day training program designed to help you tackle these tough cases with confidence and ease.
This program gives you a clear, step-by-step plan to guide you through the process of taking care of patients, no matter how complicated their dental issues are.
You’ll get HANDS-ON experience with advanced techniques and tools that allow you to offer a higher standard of care in your practice.
But we don’t just teach you what to do. We also give you the skills to truly understand your patients. You’ll learn how to ask the right questions and spot patients who need more than just the usual dental work.
This new way of thinking will let you see your patients differently and help you find opportunities you might have been missing.

Hey there, I’m Dr. Agarwal, but most people call me T-Bone! I’m a practicing dentist who has faced plenty of ups and downs in this game we call ‘dental practice’. Like so many of you, being a dentist and practice owner has forced me to adapt several times – both clinically and how I run my dental business. I was born in India and moved to the USA when I was 2 years old. Growing up in North Carolina, I actually lived in our family motel and watched my parents work 24 hours a day to provide a better future for me and my brother. That’s where the practical and sensible approach to running a dental practice comes from. My passion is helping dentists get further, faster by sharing my mistakes and triumphs. I look forward to meeting you in-person at the 3D Retreat Center!
Dr. Sullivan, aka “Sully”, is a 4th-generation dentist from Nashville, TN. After receiving his doctorate of dental surgery from the University of Tennessee, he moved back to Nashville to practice with his father.
By continuing to invest in his education through adult orthodontics, soft tissue grafting, dental implants, third molar extractions, and obstructive sleep apnea, he helped double his practice in just 24 months.
In addition to his practice, he started the Millennial Dentist Podcast in February of 2017 to help push his fellow colleagues to take their dental careers to the next level.
Dr. Sully lectures around the country on cone beam technology, cad/cam dentistry, obstructive sleep apnea, and practice management. He’s an ambassador for the 3D Dentist teaching facility in Raleigh, NC.
