Hey there, I’m T-Bone! I’m a practicing dentist who has faced plenty of ups and downs in this game we call ‘dental practice’. Like so many of you, being a dentist and practice owner has forced me to adapt several times – both clinically and how I run my dental business.
I was born in India and moved to the USA when I was 2 years old. Growing up in North Carolina, I actually lived in our family motel and watched my parents work 24 hours a day to provide a better future for me and my brother. That’s where the practical and sensible approach to running a dental practice comes from.
My passion is helping dentists get further, faster by sharing my mistakes and triumphs.
We are at our happiest when the work we do comes from focusing on what we enjoy, free from chaos, and amongst a team we enjoy working with.
Being busy is the enemy of forward progress. Learning to let go and lift up other can create the time necessary to take advantage of newer and more rewarding opportunities.

In 2003, Dr. Tarun Agarwal and Dr. Sameer Puri founded the Townie Meeting for the DentalTown community. The Townie Meeting was the beginning of a love for providing continuing education and helping to change dentists lives by focusing on education, entertainment, and camaraderie. While no longer leading Townie Meeting (since 2012), these principles still guide T- Bone today at 3D Dentists.
The core foundation of diverse clinical procedures and common sense business principles while having fun is the hallmark that 3D Dentists is known for.
Never one to settle, TBone upped the game in 2021 with the announcement of the 3D Retreat.
The 3D Retreat is a 10 acre property with a dedicated education center, known as the 3D Garage and the 3D Lodge, a luxury 6 bedroom lodge for those who want the VIP experience of staying on site.
The 3D Retreat is truly a dental CE experience unlike any other.
All things 3D are brought to you by an amazing & fun team of talented professionals. Each member of our teaching team is not only a recognized industry expert, but also a practice owner. More importantly, we all focus on making dental education fun and impactful.
