Every once in a while you need a reality check.  A random lunch with Dr. Anas Zain was exactly what I needed to get me back on track.

Dr. Zain is originally from Iraq and is now practicing in Northern Virginia.  His background and story made me realize that my 'problems' are literally nothing in the big picture of the world.
